Barriers for Newcomers to Canada

Some of you may have run across Sarah Wayland as she is a local Hamiltonian, and attends St. John the Evangelist church on Locke St. She has done some impressive research on legal and social policy barriers facing newcomers to Canada. It is worth taking a look at and pondering the implications. Here is the link:
